Drettmann-Sunrise Group unveils plans
Following the merger between Germany's Drettmann Group and Turkish boatbuilder Sunrise Yachts, the newly formed Drettmann-Sunrise Group has unveiled plans for its new model line-up in 2011.
The Drettman Group now offers three yacht lines from 25m (82ft) upwards: DSY Super Yachts and two completely new lines — Motor Yachts (DMY) and Explorers (DEY).
"Our corporate reorganisation with new designs, new partners and new locations has raised our potential to new dimensions," says Claudia Drettmann, senior executive and interior designer of the Drettmann Group. "We are now in a position to create an exclusive and unique product to match highly diverse customer requests."
Some initial hands-on impressions will be displayed at boot Düsseldorf, which opens on Saturday. The Drettmann-Sunrise Group will also be presenting the new company, the new Sunrise superyacht product portfolio and, to begin with, two of the new Drettmann Motor Yacht and Explorer Yacht designs.
