Attendance was up by 4.3 per cent at this year’s Düsseldorf boat show, a clear sign that the German boating market is finally starting to pick up.

Buoyed by recent reports of a recovery of the German economy, some 250,000 people attended the nine-day event — 10,300 more than in the previous year.

The show, which closed on Sunday, attracted 1,571 exhibitors from 61 countries, with most reporting improved sales across all sectors of the market. [Read More]
